Privacy Policy

CarrierLeads ("we", "us") operates the carrierleads.app platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you use carrierleads.app and how we handle it.

• Account data. Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Workspace data. Your state selection, claimed leads, pipeline stages, sequences, notes, and outreach history.
• Connected mailbox data. If you connect Gmail, we store OAuth tokens and the message metadata required to send your sequences and detect replies. We do not read or store mail unrelated to your outreach.
• Usage data. Log and diagnostic data such as IP address, device type, and page activity used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Lead records are derived from public federal sources, including FMCSA registration and licensing data, and are enriched with publicly available business information. These are business contact records, not consumer profiles.

• To provide, secure, and improve the product.
• To generate and send the outreach you configure from your connected mailbox.
• To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and honor opt-out requests.
• To send service and billing notices. We do not sell your data.

We use trusted processors to run the service, including cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery through your own connected mailbox, payment processing, and AI providers used to draft and score records. Processors are bound to use data only to deliver the service.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time from Settings, which revokes stored tokens. To delete your account and associated workspace data, email us and we will process the request.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Recipients of outreach can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message; opt-outs are suppressed across the platform.

Access to workspace data is restricted per account at the database level, credentials are encrypted at rest, and traffic is served over TLS. No system is perfectly secure, so we continue to review and improve our controls.
