Terms of Service

These terms are between you and CarrierLeads ("we", "us"), operator of the CarrierLeads platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use CarrierLeads on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

You are responsible for your login credentials, for anything done under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old.

• The free plan includes a limited set of lead records and one active sequence.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed in advance.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You send messages from your own connected mailbox and you are the sender of record. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and anti-spam rules, to identify yourself truthfully, to include a working opt-out, and to honor opt-outs promptly. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messaging outside of legitimate business-to-business outreach.

Lead records are compiled from public federal sources and enrichment, provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or any business outcome. You are responsible for verifying records before relying on them. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the lead database.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. Continued use means acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
