Carrier CRM
A CRM that speaks carrier, not generic sales
Generic CRMs make you invent fields for MC numbers, authority dates, and insurance. CarrierLeads starts with the carrier record already built — the authority, the equipment, the contact, and the whole history of how you have worked it.
- Every claimed authority becomes a record automatically
- Call outcomes logged in one click
- Due-today and overdue follow-up counters
- List view by default, board view one click away
Where the carrier record comes from
You claim a newly authorized carrier from the feed and it lands in your pipeline with the data already filled in — legal name, DBA, city and state, USDOT and MC numbers, power units, equipment type, and authority date. Nothing to retype, nothing to import.
- Authority and insurance status carried over from the feed
- Claimed carriers are exclusive to you while the lock holds
- Duplicates are impossible: one authority, one owner
Working the pipeline
Open a record and everything you need for the next conversation is on one screen: the phone number, your notes, what happened last time, and the stage. Log the call, set the next follow-up, move the stage. The list sorts itself around what is due.
- Search by carrier, city, or USDOT
- Filter by stage, due today, or overdue
- Notes and activity history saved per carrier
From pipeline to signed client
When a carrier says yes, the record does not stop there. Send them the onboarding portal from the same screen, collect the paperwork into the document vault, and let expiration alerts keep the file current for as long as you dispatch them.
Common questions
Is this a replacement for a TMS?
No. A TMS moves loads. CarrierLeads handles everything before and around that: finding the carrier, closing them, onboarding them, and keeping their paperwork compliant.
Can I import carriers I already work with?
Yes — carriers you already have can be added to the pipeline and onboarded through the portal, alongside the new authorities you claim.
What does it cost?
Free to start with one researched carrier in your state. The Growth plan is $29/mo, or $290 prepaid for a year, and includes the CRM, onboarding portal, document vault, and expiration alerts.
