Does the carrier need an account?
No. They open the link, fill in the packet, and they are done. Nothing to install, nothing to remember.
Is the electronic signature valid?
The portal captures a typed or drawn signature with a timestamp against a frozen copy of the agreement text, which the carrier accepts as a valid electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act.
Can I use my own agreement?
Yes. The signature step presents the agreement text you use, and the signed copy is stored with the carrier's file.
